1、It is suitable for joining the wooden frame ,such as photo frame， drawer , cabinet ,cabinet door and wooden door.
2、High precision: It adopts ball screw made in Taiwan and linear guide way (not the straight axis). With servo motor precise control, the work efficiency is greatly improved.
3、Speedy Joining: High frequency heating enables joining to be completed in few seconds. And the heating performed directly on the adhesive layer and it could be in-line operation.
4、High Quality: This machine joins the work pieces without nail which saving a lot of work. The bonding strength is higher than the traditional ones. Glue rapid agglutination in 10-12kg/ cm2 pressure condition by high-frequency heating, ensures that the bond strength of the bonding surface, and the original process mainly adopts screw or wood tenon holes fit tolerance (usually small mortise holes) guarantee the frame strength, agglutination facial intensity is not high.
5、Easy operation: The dimension of wooden frame is adjusted
automatically. There are two kinds of operation modes: manual operation and automatic operation. And it includes twelve kinds of frame dimensions on the automatic interface, which could be chose freely. The twelve kinds of frame dimensions can be corrected at any time.
6、Stable performance: It adopts ball screw made in Taiwan and precise guide rail. There are features, such as stable performance, heavy duty, high precision and abrasion resistance.

7、It adopts human-machine interface with big touchscreen, PLC automatic control. The parameter includes current, pressure, heating time and cooling time etc. it is now the most advanced High frequency frame joining machine in the world.
8、Cost-saving : It cost 0.003-0.2 kilowatt hour per wooden frame.
9、Capacity: Can join 4-5 boxes per minute if box height below 100 mm, and 2-3 boxes per minute if box height above 100 mm below 200mm.
