Column system:
The whole machine adopts an integral cast-iron structure. The machining center uses dovetail grooves, ensuring higher precision, better rigidity, and greater stability.
Multi-functional sanding head structure:
Adopts a multi-functional sanding head design, with W being a 4-inch sponge wheel sanding head. Standard sanding width is 100mm, optional 150mm upon request. Sanding belt speed is infinitely adjustable from 0–12m/s; sanding belt length is 840mm. The sanding head is compatible with internationally standard grinding wheels and can be customized according to the shape of the workpiece, enabling all-round, diversified sanding for irregular edges and profiles.
Upgraded short material transfer bridge system:
Adopts double bridge beams and double conveying wheels, allowing smooth and stable transfer of strips and boards from a minimum of 2.5cm to a maximum of 20cm. In addition, an upgraded bridge transfer structure can convey materials as short as 30cm.
Pneumatic pressing structure:
Equipped with a pneumatic cylinder pressing device, replacing the traditional manual adjustment method, significantly reducing labor and shortening adjustment time. The extended pressing wheel structure ensures stability when transferring strips of different sizes.
